Senior Shopify Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead project delivery and manage client relationships, the remote Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager will oversee multiple Shopify and eCommerce projects while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring operational excellence in a freelance contractor role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify and eCommerce projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication and leading review calls to build long-term relationships
• Facilitate team coordination and task allocation, conducting QA reviews and supporting junior team members through mentorship

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, account management, or digital agency operations within Shopify or eCommerce environments
• Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery workflows
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously using project management platforms such as Asana
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities with a capability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
