Senior Shopify Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple Shopify and eCommerce projects, the freelance Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager will lead project delivery, maintain client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment during CET hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee up to 7 concurrent Shopify projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Act as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and facilitating ongoing communication to build trust and identify growth opportunities
• Lead team meetings, allocate tasks, and support junior team members while maintaining organized project documentation and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, account management, or digital agency operations, specifically within Shopify or eCommerce
• Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery workflows
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously using project management tools like Asana
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, with the capacity to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
