Senior SIEM Engineer

Job Summary

Designing, implementing, and maintaining SIEM platform architectures, the full-time Senior SIEM Engineer will operate and enhance security information and event management systems in a remote environment, ensuring reliability and compliance across cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SIEM platform architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments
• Build and operate reliable log collection and ingestion pipelines, ensuring data quality and performance
• Support FedRAMP continuous monitoring and compliance requirements through platform administration and operational records management

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with SIEM and security logging platforms in enterprise or high-compliance environments
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and relevant automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python)
• One SIEM or security operations certification, and one professional-level cloud certification
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile environments
