Senior Site Activation Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for site activation project management and delivery activities, the full-time Senior Site Activation Manager will oversee site identification, manage essential document collection, and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of communication for study start-up and maintenance activities on assigned projects
• Oversee project activities to ensure critical path tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure accurate tracking and analysis of site activation activities in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• A minimum of a four-year college degree in a related field or a two-year degree plus four years of clinical research experience
• Seven years of relevant experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Start-up Management or Project Management
• Proficient in cross-cultural communication
• Strong leadership and organizational management skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and effectively engage a team
