Senior Site Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Site Contract Management Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial relationships with clinical sites and negotiate clinical contracts and budgets
• Provide mentoring and oversight to new Contract Associates and elevate to CTA Lead role on studies
• Develop solutions independently while managing multiple projects and ensuring timely interactions with sites

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in contract management and budget negotiations within clinical trials
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior associates
• Proficiency in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills and commitment to high-quality work
