Job Summary
Responsible for developing, reviewing, and negotiating Site Agreements with institutions and investigators, the full-time Senior Site Contracts Specialist will oversee all site contract activities during clinical trials in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and draft Site Agreements and associated contracts, managing negotiations and timelines
- Review study budgets and negotiate contract language and budgets with assigned sites
- Act as a subject matter expert on site agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating contract signatures
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Contract Specialist in clinical research or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Science, or a related field
- Proficient in contract negotiation and regulatory compliance related to clinical trials
- Strong technical proficiency in contract management software and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
