Senior Site Manager for HVDC

Job Summary

Leading construction activities for the HVDC project Ostwind 4 near Greifswald, the full-time Senior Site Manager for HVDC will coordinate site personnel, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in a fully onsite role.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate mobilization of site personnel and plan site setup in collaboration with internal departments and subcontractors
• Plan and oversee all construction activities while ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and quality regulations
• Act as the primary liaison for clients and lead site meetings, monitoring project quality, costs, and timelines

Required qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering with several years of professional experience
• Experience as a construction manager in substation projects or similar sectors such as Oil & Gas or power plants
• Strong awareness of health and safety standards with the ability to identify and halt unsafe work
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills, along with strong organizational abilities
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, and a valid Class B driver's license
