Senior Site Payment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Site Payment Specialist to join their Functional Services Provider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the life cycle of clinical site payment administration from protocol schedule to payment execution
• Assess EDC design and data collection for accurate mapping to budget and timely payment triggering
• Ensure contracts and funding are in place for site payments and support audit activities related to investigator payments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in finance, technical, clinical, or health-related field, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in global site finance activities and/or clinical trial finance
• Hands-on experience with payment terms in global Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs)
• Previous project management experience preferred
• This is a 12-month 1099 contractor role
