Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and track platform-related KPIs to improve performance
• Act as an escalation point for support and product teams to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with complex systems in UNIX/Linux distributed production environments
• Familiarity with internet protocols such as DNS, HTTP, UDP, and TCP
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent organizational skills for managing priorities and tasks
