Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Simplifying operations by standardizing service deployment and leveraging virtualization and containerization
- Monitoring systems and services for performance optimization and resource utilization
- Proactively identifying instability sources in distributed systems and automating tasks to streamline processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an SRE/Operations/DevOps or software engineering role
- Experience running applications and services at scale
- Proficiency with a programming language relevant to SRE/Operations engineering (e.g., Python, Go, Ruby)
- Familiarity with Open Source configuration management and orchestration tools (e.g., Puppet, Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience with Kubernetes and data platform operations is a plus
