Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead projects focused on platform infrastructure performance, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems with systems and services, initiating regular deployments
• Leads projects to build and maintain observability and monitoring for applications, focusing on key performance indicators
• Implements manual and automated procedures to enhance collaborative response and leads post-incident reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 4 - 6 years of related experience in site reliability engineering or a similar role
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or Grafana
• Familiarity with enterprise level CI/CD tools like Ansible or Jenkins
• Experience working in public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
