Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the uptime, performance, and scalability of critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incident lifecycle, leading root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures
• Proactively identify system risks and enhance service availability through automation and monitoring
• Design solutions to ensure infrastructure scalability and optimal application performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related role
• Strong understanding of system administration, Linux, and scripting languages (Python and various shells)
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and container orchestration (Kubernetes and Docker)
• Familiarity with infrastructure management tools and monitoring platforms
