Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (AWS, AI/ML, & APM).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-call production support and address tickets from customers and internal teams
• Continuously monitor system health and performance, responding to alerts and incidents
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operations and enhance system reliability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or system administration
• Expertise in Linux/Unix systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, Ruby) and programming languages (Go, Java, C++)
• Familiarity with AI/ML operations and tools, including AWS Bedrock and SageMaker
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer are a plus
