Key Responsibilities

• Build a unified database observability platform for real-time monitoring and issue detection
• Design secure interfaces for AI agent access to production databases
• Develop AI-powered automation to handle routine DBA tasks and improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Kotlin
• Deep experience with PostgreSQL performance tuning, query optimization, and operational best practices
• Experience with Redis data modeling and operational management
• Hands-on experience with GCP, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Proven track record of building automation and tooling to replace manual operational work
