Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own performance and reliability outcomes by collaborating with engineering teams to improve system-level impacts
• Design for system resilience through proactive design decisions and deployment strategies
• Build observability into system behavior by instrumenting services with logging, metrics, and alerting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience with deep expertise in Python
• Real cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, including networking and managed databases
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience with containerized workloads in production
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and common failure modes
• Experience operating high-throughput messaging systems and improving reliability through infrastructure-as-code
