Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer who will design and enhance the infrastructure for healthcare delivery, improve system reliability and security, and automate operational processes, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment or remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve infrastructure for patient care and clinician operations
• Enhance reliability across distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
• Automate operational processes and improve security standards across cloud environments

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in site reliability, platform, or infrastructure engineering
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code, particularly Terraform
• Experience building and operating production systems in cloud environments, ideally AWS or GCP
• Strong background in automating workflows using scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Experience improving observability and incident response practices across engineering teams
