Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Site Reliability Engineer will deliver resilient application stacks through "Infrastructure as Code," monitor critical business applications, and diagnose complex system issues while participating in an on-call rotation for 24/7 system availability.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver resilient application stacks via "Infrastructure as Code" and other DevOps practices
- Monitor and provide ongoing support for critical, high-revenue business applications
- Diagnose and resolve complex system and application issues while collaborating with various technical and non-technical teams
Required qualifications
- BSc in Engineering/Computer Science or relevant experience
- 5+ years of Site Reliability Engineering experience
- Experience with Configuration Management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Professional experience in public cloud environments like Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows server support and troubleshooting
