Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of reliable and scalable infrastructure for API services, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will design, maintain, and enhance systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define, track, and improve Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and error budgets to ensure reliability targets are met
• Build and enhance observability systems for proactive detection and troubleshooting of issues
• Drive reliability engineering practices, including capacity planning and resilience validation

Required qualifications

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure design and optimization across platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
• Strong understanding of SRE principles, including SLOs, SLIs, and observability practices
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed, cross-functional environment
