Job Summary
Focused on building and scaling the identity and access management (IAM) platform, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will manage the reliability, automation, and DevOps practices of corporate IAM systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the reliability and availability of corporate IAM systems, including incident response and root cause analysis for 24x7 uptime
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling to enhance identity platform deployments and reduce manual tasks
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Engineering teams as a subject matter expert on IAM and DevOps tooling, advising on identity lifecycle and access control architecture
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in site reliability or infrastructure engineering with hands-on ownership of IAM platforms
- Proficiency in a modern programming language (Go, Python, Ruby, Java, or C#) and experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools
- Experience managing cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with infrastructure-as-code
- Demonstrated success in building tooling for IAM-specific problems at enterprise scale
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
