Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will manage incident response, automate operational tasks, and lead technical discussions to enhance system reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain SLIs/SLOs while monitoring alignment and error budget usage
• Lead incident response and postmortems, implementing corrective measures to improve system reliability
• Design, deploy, and operate containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes in production environments

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in a reliability or operations role
• Cloud-agnostic certification such as Terraform Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or SRE Foundation
• Professional-level certification in a cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud)
• Solid coding skills in Python, Go, or equivalent
• Experience with IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK)
