Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

To support Autodesk GovCloud products, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will deploy, operate, and improve production services in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner for the reliability and performance of production services in Autodesk GovCloud
• Define and implement reliability practices, including SLOs/SLIs and operational health reviews
• Develop automation and tooling to enhance operational efficiency and incident response capabilities

Required qualifications

• B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Experience operating customer-facing production services in large-scale cloud environments
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles and automation practices
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other public cloud platforms
