Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

To support the operation of reliable and scalable cloud services, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will manage production services in Autodesk GovCloud environments, focusing on automation, reliability practices, and collaboration with engineering teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner for the reliability, availability, and performance of production services
• Deploy, operate, maintain, and continuously improve services in Autodesk GovCloud environments
• Define and implement reliability practices, including SLOs/SLIs, and lead incident response efforts

Required qualifications

• B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Experience operating customer-facing production services in large-scale cloud environments
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles and automation practices
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other public cloud platforms
