Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will build and operate delivery systems using AWS, Kubernetes, and various DevOps tools while addressing production issues and enhancing system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate the delivery platform across AWS, EKS, and other tools
• Fix production issues by identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions
• Respond to incidents and drive root-cause analysis to improve system stability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability, platform, DevOps, or software engineering with production ownership
• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform, and Python
• Proficiency in AWS services including EKS, ECS, and CloudWatch
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash
