Job Summary
Joining a remote team, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will manage the technical reliability of government environments, coordinate compliant deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cloud infrastructure and continuous delivery processes.
Key responsibilities
- Drive continuous software delivery, incident management, and automation strategies for deployment and alerting
- Improve observability strategies by designing monitoring solutions in collaboration with application engineering teams
- Own and coordinate government environment releases, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and other regulations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering for SaaS products
- 2+ years of production experience with a container orchestration system, preferably Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks relevant to government deployments, such as FedRAMP and NIST
- Multi-cloud experience in AWS/GCP, with expertise in AWS preferred
- Demonstrated experience with programming languages like Python, Go, or Ruby, and proficiency in bash scripting
