Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on ensuring service reliability, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will act as a primary contact for customer-facing technical issues, maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure, and lead incident management efforts while working remotely in the US.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer technical issues related to the SaaS platform, ensuring timely and clear communication
• Maintain and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure using monitoring tools and implement AI/ML-driven solutions for enhanced reliability
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident reviews to drive continuous improvement and system optimization

Required qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex Linux systems and managing virtualization and cloud platforms (VMware, AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or Splunk
• Demonstrated experience with AI/ML principles in addressing SRE challenges
• Prior experience in enterprise customer support, including on-call rotations and incident management
