Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for ensuring the reliability of services, setting up monitoring and dashboards, and conducting load testing while collaborating closely with developers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability of services through SLIs/SLOs, availability monitoring, and bottleneck elimination
• Set up and maintain monitoring, metrics, alerts, and user-friendly Grafana dashboards
• Investigate incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and lead postmortems to prevent future failures

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps with a focus on high-load production systems
• Deep practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including production operation experience
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Alertmanager, and Grafana for metrics and alerts
• Proficient in Python for automation and tooling tasks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP and/or AWS, along with strong Linux and networking skills
