Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure the reliability and performance of a global infrastructure across 50+ data centers, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will improve observability, monitoring, and incident response while driving automation to enhance operational efficiency, working remotely or from various locations in Serbia, Greece, and Bulgaria.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of global infrastructure
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
• Respond to and troubleshoot production incidents to minimize downtime

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering roles
• Strong proficiency with Linux systems administration
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Terraform)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Go, Bash)
