Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the remote full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will manage technology infrastructure by developing automation tools, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a scalable infrastructure platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build systems for declarative application and infrastructure lifecycle management, including continuous deployment and Kubernetes cluster management
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and respond efficiently to alerts
• Contribute to the direction of the Site Reliability Engineering team, aligning goals with company-wide objectives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of programming experience with proficiency in Python, Go, or Shell Scripting
• In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies and orchestration, particularly Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing
• Experience with Linux system administration and key SRE concepts like monitoring and automation
