Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative SaaS solutions, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will ensure the stability and performance of products while leveraging AI tools for system reliability and automation.

Key responsibilities:

• Champion and implement a culture of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to maintain high-quality platform infrastructure
• Leverage AI tools for intelligent observability, incident prediction, and automated remediation across cloud infrastructure
• Define and support continuous integration and deployment pipelines (CI/CD) while optimizing application performance at scale

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure in Azure or AWS
• Proficiency in writing software in modern programming languages such as C# .NET or Java
• Experience creating automated deployments with tools like Azure DevOps, Ansible, or Jenkins
• Strong background in implementing performance monitoring using tools such as New Relic or DataDog
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
