Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with data, analytics, and platform engineering, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will improve the reliability and performance of large-scale data platforms and analytics pipelines while building operational tooling to enhance engineering efficiency, with options for hybrid or fully remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in on-call rotation and drive incidents to resolution
• Design and build automation and operational tooling to reduce on-call burden
• Collaborate with data and ML teams to enhance batch and streaming workloads

Required qualifications

• Experience operating reliable, distributed systems in SRE or platform roles
• Strong knowledge of Linux, containers, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with automation tools and programming languages such as Python or Go
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
• Understanding of SRE concepts including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
