Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare platform, the full-time remote Senior Site Reliability Engineer will lead the transformation of infrastructure from legacy Azure services to a Kubernetes-driven, microservices-oriented environment while ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the migration to containerized, microservices-based systems and design scalable Kubernetes infrastructure
- Implement observability practices and manage incident response efforts to maintain high availability and resilience
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and champion Infrastructure-as-Code practices to enhance deployment efficiency
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments and deploying applications using Helm
- Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and incident response in production environments
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud infrastructure components
