Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the reliability and operational excellence of systems, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will design and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure, enhance AWS services, and lead incident response efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Improve platform reliability, capacity planning, and production readiness
- Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and deployment workflows
- Lead incident response, including triage, mitigation, and postmortems
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes/Helm on EKS in production
- Experience with Cloudflare and CI/CD or GitOps deployment patterns
- Proven experience in defining SLOs and managing production system reliability
- Working knowledge of AWS core services beyond just EKS
