Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the reliability of legal technology solutions, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will design monitoring systems, build automation tools, and lead incident management efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure production health and customer impact
- Build and maintain automation and CI/CD systems to increase engineering efficiency and support reliable deployments
- Lead complex production incidents and implement improvements to reduce recurring issues and operational burden
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles, with at least 5 years in Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure in AWS or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages, with experience in building production tooling and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to lead incident response and root cause analysis for complex production systems
- Experience applying AI and machine learning to operational data to forecast reliability and implement improvements
