Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Combining a strong SRE mindset with deep cloud infrastructure experience, the full-time remote Senior Site Reliability Engineer will operate and improve Databricks and Snowflake platforms, design resilient infrastructure, and advance observability across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle of Databricks and Snowflake platforms, focusing on automation and cost optimization
- Architect secure and scalable infrastructure while driving initiatives for failover and capacity planning
- Build and maintain monitoring and logging infrastructure, defining SLOs/SLAs for critical services
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in SRE, platform engineering, or DevOps roles supporting data-intensive applications
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and Snowflake, including CI/CD integration
- Deep understanding of cloud-native infrastructure on AWS or similar platforms
- Proven expertise with observability tools, particularly Datadog
- Strong command of CI/CD tooling, especially GitHub Actions and Terraform
