Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To support a major architectural modernization, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will design and implement standards for a hybrid cloud datacenter model, focusing on migrating legacy workloads to Google Cloud Platform while adhering to SRE principles in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Drive repository-led management across public and private cloud environments to establish consistency
- Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate repetitive tasks and develop self-healing systems
- Lead the technical execution of re-architecting and redeploying on-premises services into Google Cloud Platform
Required qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices
- Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
- Experience in architectural redesign and migration of legacy systems
