Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer to work remotely, who will design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, drive automation and observability solutions, and enhance system reliability for a cloud-native SaaS platform.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure and define reliability standards
- Develop automation solutions and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to improve deployment processes and reduce manual tasks
- Lead incident response efforts and enhance observability solutions to ensure system resilience and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related fields
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with large-scale cloud environments and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- 3+ years of extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) services
- 3+ years of experience implementing observability platforms using technologies such as Prometheus or Grafana
