Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
As a highly collaborative technical leader, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer II will improve the resiliency of engineering platforms, mentor teams, and lead complex technical initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build platform capabilities that enable engineering teams to deliver reliable software safely and efficiently
- Lead complex technical initiatives spanning cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, observability, and automation
- Coach engineering teams on observability, incident response, and disaster recovery practices
Required qualifications
- Experience designing and operating complex production systems and cloud-native architectures
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD practices, and automation
- Knowledge of reliability engineering principles, including SLOs and capacity planning
- Familiarity with distributed systems and container platforms
- Experience in regulated environments such as FedRAMP or SOC 2 is a plus
