Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Taking ownership of reliability for a regulated healthcare marketplace platform, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will work remotely from Poland, mentoring a mid-level engineer and managing cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure reliability, availability, and operational health of the healthcare marketplace platform
- Mentor a mid-level engineer and shape the growth of the reliability function
- Develop production automation and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance platform support
Required qualifications
- Substantial hands-on experience with production infrastructure in the cloud, including container orchestration and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong scripting/automation skills in at least one general-purpose programming language
- Proven ability to operate autonomously and make judgment calls without constant oversight
- Experience in mentoring other engineers
