Job Summary
To support the development of advanced autonomy systems, the full-time Senior SLAM Engineer will design, develop, and deploy state estimation and mapping systems for autonomous machines operating in dynamic environments, working in a hybrid setting.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and develop multi-sensor fusion algorithms for high-frequency, low-latency state estimation
- Design and maintain automated calibration pipelines for complex multi-sensor rigs to ensure precision under challenging conditions
- Implement and optimize multi-modal localization algorithms for real-time deployment on edge hardware
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience building SLAM, state estimation, or localization systems
- Strong mathematical foundation in 3D geometry, linear algebra, and optimization techniques
- Hands-on experience developing automated sensor calibration pipelines for multi-sensor suites
- Exceptional programming ability in modern C++ and Python
