Senior Small Business Banker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Small Business Banking Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and recommend financial products and services through telephone consultations
• Manage complex servicing issues and facilitate credit requests, referring larger opportunities as needed
• Proactively contact clients for financial reviews and meet performance goals related to revenue growth

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree is required
• 7+ years of sales/client relationship management experience in banking/financial products is required
• 7+ years of experience as a Small Business Banker or similar role is preferred
• 7+ years of phone-based sales experience in banking/financial products is preferred
• Formal credit training and experience mentoring less experienced team members is preferred
