Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Small Business Banking Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client needs through telephone interactions and recommend appropriate financial products and services
• Manage complex servicing issues and proactively engage with targeted clients for financial reviews
• Facilitate credit requests and referrals while meeting individual performance goals for revenue growth

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of sales/client relationship management experience in banking/financial products
• Significant experience with small business clients
• Formal credit training and small business banking sales training preferred
• Experience mentoring and developing less experienced team members
