Senior Small Business Banking Consultant

Job Summary

To support small business clients, the full-time Senior Small Business Banking Consultant will manage and grow client relationships through proactive communication and financial advisory services, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and conduct financial reviews via telephone, recommending appropriate products and services
• Resolve complex servicing issues and facilitate credit requests within Consumer Bank thresholds
• Proactively engage targeted clients to discuss financial solutions and set appointments for in-depth consultations

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of sales/client relationship management experience in banking/financial products, specifically with small business clients
• Demonstrated credit acumen and ability to interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis
• Experience in phone-based sales of banking/financial products
• Strong knowledge of small business banking products and services
