Senior Small Business Banking Consultant

Job Summary

Managing and growing relationships with Small Business clients, the full-time Senior Small Business Banking Consultant will proactively engage with clients via telephone, assess their financial needs, and recommend appropriate banking solutions while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and conduct financial reviews to recommend products and services
• Manage complex servicing issues and facilitate credit requests within Consumer Bank thresholds
• Proactively contact targeted clients to discuss financial solutions and set up appointments for deeper conversations

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years) or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of sales/client relationship management experience in banking/financial products
• Significant experience working with small business clients
• Formal credit training
• Experience in phone-based sales of banking/financial products or solutions
