Senior Small Business Banking Consultant

Job Summary

Managing and growing relationships with Small Business clients, the full-time Senior Small Business Banking Consultant will provide expert financial advice and solutions via telephone, focusing on client needs and performance goals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and conduct financial reviews to recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Resolve complex servicing issues and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Facilitate credit requests and referrals to product specialists while achieving individual performance goals

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of sales/client relationship management experience in banking/financial products
• Significant experience working with small business clients
• Formal credit training and knowledge of small business banking products
• Experience mentoring and developing less experienced team members
