Senior Smart Contract Engineer

Job Summary

Building on-chain collateral markets, the full-time Senior Smart Contract Engineer will design, write, optimize, and audit smart contracts in Solidity while contributing to the development of DeFi primitives and greenfield financial products in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, write, optimize, and audit smart contracts with a focus on performance, clarity, and security
• Build DeFi primitives from scratch, including vaults, lending mechanics, and staking components
• Conduct and support security audits, addressing vulnerabilities and hardening contracts against common attack vectors

Required qualifications

• Expert in Solidity with deep knowledge of EVM internals, including execution flow and gas mechanics
• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols and common pitfalls in building them
• Familiarity with common security attack vectors and the contract audit process
• Solid computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and low-level code execution reasoning
• Comfortable working across the stack, adapting to full-stack development as needed
