Senior SOC Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance security operations, the full-time Senior SOC Analyst will lead advanced threat investigations, manage incident response activities, and mentor junior analysts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex security alerts and potential threats across enterprise environments
• Lead investigation and response activities for cybersecurity incidents affecting enterprise systems
• Develop and refine detection logic and monitoring use cases based on investigative findings

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 3 years in a Security Operations Center or incident response role
• Strong experience in investigating security alerts and determining the scope of security incidents
• Hands-on experience supporting incident response investigations, including containment and recovery
• Experience with enterprise security tools such as SIEM platforms and EDR systems
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like NIST Cybersecurity Framework or CIS Critical Security Controls
