Senior SOC Manager

Job Summary

To lead the modernization of a Security Operations Center, the full-time Senior SOC Manager will provide technical oversight, manage day-to-day operations, and drive continuous improvement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 24x7x365 Security Operations Center, ensuring effective incident response and security monitoring
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive SOC program, leveraging best practices and ensuring compliance with client standards
• Develop reports and metrics for SOC operations, presenting findings to leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or related technical roles
• 3+ years of experience leading SOC operations or incident response teams
• Strong understanding of SOC workflows, incident response, and threat detection
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, SOAR, and EDR
• Ability to analyze operational risk and communicate impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
