Senior SOC OT Security Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting critical infrastructure security, the remote contract Senior SOC OT Security Consultant Engineer will provide SOC analyst coverage, coordinate incident response activities, and develop operational runbooks to ensure effective security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review, triage, and investigate alerts and incidents generated by the monitoring setup
• Coordinate cross-functional incident response activities for swift resolution
• Develop and implement operational runbooks and governance frameworks for SOC readiness

Required qualifications

• 3-12+ years of SOC experience with a strong foundation in security operations and incident response
• Hands-on experience with OT security technologies, particularly Nozomi Networks
• Proficiency in security tools such as CrowdStrike and Fortinet
• Experience with SOC design, build, and modernization in critical infrastructure environments
• Relevant certifications like CISSP, GICSP, GCIA, or Security+ are a plus
