Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Behavior Change Senior Advisor for SDI.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance to integrate safeguarding and Community Accountability Reporting Mechanism (CARM) messaging into TB program communication
Develop messaging frameworks addressing patient rights, respectful care, and safeguarding awareness
Co-develop communication tools and guidance for healthcare providers to enhance effective communication

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in humanitarian development or a related field
A Bachelor's degree in international relations or a related field
Demonstrated experience in Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC)
Experience designing community engagement or sensitization tools
Familiarity with health communication and healthcare service delivery contexts
