Job Summary

Creative and detail-oriented, the full-time Senior Social Media Associate will develop and execute content strategies across various social media platforms, manage daily content production, and engage with online communities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for campaigns, creating and producing impactful content
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to share resources creatively and support organizational projects
• Analyze social media performance and manage online community engagement through impact and weekly reports

Required qualifications

• Three to four years of social media experience in a professional or volunteer capacity for a political campaign or non-profit
• Commitment to building an equitable organization and progressive movement
• Competency in social media scheduling and analytics platforms
• Experience in crafting social media content for an organization
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, campaign-like environment
